services for the Flotilla. Finance (FN) Bob Borden Supervise all financial matters; maintain complete and
understandable records of all financial transactions; maintain an annual budget;

Supervise all matters pertaining to the collection, recording,
and forwarding of the Flotilla AUXMIS data, and keep members informed of all
updates in this area. Materials (MA) Ed Suessle Responsible for the procurement of materials including
stationery, forms and publications for distribution to the flotilla. Assist unit
and members in ordering educational materials, uniforms items, etc. Marine
Safety (MS) Gladys
Suessle Supervise all matters pertaining to the flotilla's role in the
Auxiliary Marine Safety and Environmental Protection activity, and keep the
Flotilla Commander and members informed of developments in this area. Member

Promote the growth of the Flotilla by helping to recruit new
members; and develop programs and activities to retain current members.
Establish a continuous program of training activities to provide members a
higher level of knowledge in subjects relating to Auxiliary programs and

Make courtesy calls on area marine retailers who deal with

rescue (SAR), regatta, safety and/or air patrols, and support missions. Ensure
that such activities are performed under current Coast Guard policy. Public

resources program, and keep flotilla members informed of all developments in the

Oversee and coordinate the Boating Safety Vessel Safety Check
(VSC) program to help educate the boating public about required safety
equipment. If directed, schedule specific VSC stations and
activities.
